My experience in this area started with soccer organizations treasurer responsibilities.

I had also served as a treasurer for a regional " inter-district" Youth Soccer League "York Inter-town" for 3 years. The league consisted of 12 clubs from 3 districts.
The membership consisted of over 125 teams with complex financial structure of membership, Cup tournaments, events and special projects.
Financial management,
Fund raising,
and accounting experience.
I also served as a treasurer of a 148 teams club for 2 years with a budget near quarter of a million dollars annually and a very busy financial file between sponsorship, fund raising and registration.

During these years I produced a complete sports financial analysis and administration system consisting of 34 page administrative financial forms and procedures utilized month by month throughout the year.
This was part of a 256 page manual - book on "soccer organization administration" I authored which is well  utilized as a soccer club and association administration and management reference.
The club / association financial administration forms, format and procedures reference made the records, references, book-keeping, management and protection of the financial operation an easy and effective approach.

I am presently "2000-2001" the Treasurer of Central Vancouver Island Soccer Ref. Assoc.; a BCSRA member.
Other financial management experience include:

- Business accounting & book-keeping college course.
- Business accounting and book-keeping for my own Chemists-Consultants firm, an Ontario Small business
I ran for over a decade including taxation, budget, revenue and expenditure planning and book-keeping.
- Business accounting and finances management of a hotel / restaurant with over $8 Million dollars annual
  budget.
- Financial responsibilities of a National sports programme overseas for 3 years which involved annual referees
payments, annual camp in Europe, development and office administration.
