Technical Director

My experience in and contributions to technical development involve three areas:

1- Player & coach development:

   Having qualified as a senior coach and coached youth and senior teams successfully for

   many years (see link to the left) I then served as a head coach for 145 teams club which

   involved instructing and training youth club coaches..

   I produced a 60 page coaching drills manual that was met with very favorably.

2- Referee Development:

   This involved being in charge of a complete National referee development programme as a

   professional full time overseas appointment from 1995 to 1998.   This involved instructing and     assessing a group of 9 FIFA referees as well as a large group of class 1, 2, 3 referees.

   It also involved training junior assessors and instructors and total responsibility of the

   administration structure and technical development of programme.

3- Committees:
